Work in downward motions again avoiding upward motion that may lift or loosen shingles. Take hold of the soft bristle brush and scrub away any remaining moss. Make a strong solution by dissolving it in a watering can then pour it over the roof. Take care not to let it go on other plants it will kill them as well. Mix the bleach with the water in a large bucket. Put water over the roof and moss and then put bleach onto the moss this will turn the moss brown in minutes.

Carefully get up to your roof and brush downward to knock the moss loose. After a few minutes hose the area down with water and check. Rinse the roof again with the hose to remove any remaining loose moss sitting on the roof. If the roof has stone chippings then brush them to one side which will remove much of the moss growth as well as allowing the roof surface to dry.
